Wow! So thankful to this fellow! Our transfer case blew about 45 mins away from this shop outside of West Kelowna. We got a BCAA tow from Reliable (thanks Jay!) out of Merritt right to WMK shop. Parts were ordered and installed that night...on a Saturday night Thanksgiving long weekend! Unbelievable dedication to getting the "out of towners" back on the road again! Hands up to you! We had such a wonderful experience at WMK Auto Repair when we needed a vehicle inspection for our mercedes last minute in December after moving back to BC. The owner was so understanding of our situation and was extremely accommodating with our time crunch. It was an incredibly stressful time for us, as we didn't want a lapse in our insurance, and so he fit us into his already very busy schedule. He is honest, genuine, and so down to earth. We would absolutely recommend his shop to anyone needing a vehicle inspection, or just want reliable, honest, affordable and efficient service. We will be bringing our vehicle there from now on.
